Stephen Francks

Client Manager

Stephen is an experienced accountant having worked in the accounting industry for 15 years predominantly preparing accounts and completing GST and tax returns for investment clients and small businesses. He is particularly experienced with the Xero accounting system. Away from the office, Stephen is an avid Bridge player and has attained the lofty status of Grand Master.

Rachelle Shilston

Rachelle is an accountant with more than 10 years’ experience working in CA firms. Rachelle is experienced in the use of MYOB and Xero. Rachelle enjoys walking in the bush and on the beach, and playing games with her family.

Rebecca Lathan

Rebecca is a qualified Legal Executive with over 20 years’ legal experience. She has worked in a variety of legal fields, and brings to Harris Lathan specialist expertise in company, trust formations, loans and security agreements. Rebecca keeps busy by looking after her two young daughters, Stevie and Dylan.

Jessica Guy-Patterson

Jessica is our Practice Manager. She has wide experience in financial management, accounting systems, multi-tasking, and getting things done – all vital elements to being the central point in the Practice. Her meticulous attention to detail has often been the butt of many jokes, but always proven essential to getting the end result.
